The Circle of Happiness will see Dr. Robert J. Waldinger - an internationally acclaimed American psychiatrist, psychoanalyst, Zen priest and Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School share his findings from a seminal piece of research. The Harvard Study of Adult Development, directed by Dr. Waldinger is one of the longest-running studies of adult life ever done. Dr. Waldinger is dedicated to bringing the insights of lifespan research to the general public.

The discoveries from this incredible study have helped us create a richer community life across Rustomjee projects. Bringing people together and nurturing deeper friendships and human connections that can see people through the ups and downs of life.

We are sharing these findings with the people of Mumbai through a series of community initiatives and on-ground events. We are inviting people to join the circle by hosting community roundtables where there will be discussion, connection, support each other and exchange ideas freely. The round table is symbolic of the power of human connection. It stands for the need to reach out, share, stand by and connect with one another. The emotions and actions that form the basis of long term happiness in human society.
