He is also member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has been associated with our Company since 2015. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with AMW Motors Limited and OTIS Elevator Company (India) Limited.

Mahesh Gera is the Group Chief Human Resources Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from South Gujarat University, Gujarat and a master’s in business administration from South Gujarat University, Gujarat. He has been associated with our Company since 2017. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Centum Learning Limited and Reliance Communications Limited.

Anupam Verma is the CEO of our Joint Venture, Kapstone Constructions Private Limited. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Hindustan Lever Limited.

Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Vodafone Idea Limited .

Group Head - Liaisoning

Manish Sawant is the Group Head of Liaisoning of our Company. He holds an advance diploma in business administration and post - graduate Diploma in Management (operations management) from Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research, and is an associate of the Indian Institute of Architects. He has been associated with our Company since 2017. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Manish D Savant Architects.

Harsh Chandra

Harsh Chandra is the Project CEO of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from University of Delhi and post graduate diploma in forestry management from Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Entertainment World Developers Limited and Sahara One Media and Entertainment Limited.
